Salina Raurica Masterplan, Pratteln CH, 2018

The “Salina Raurica Ost” development area is located on the alluvial plain of the Rhine in the municipality of Pratteln. The perimeter extends from Schweizerhalle to Augst. The western part of “Salina Raurica Ost” is located in the working area of cantonal importance.
With an area of around 25 hectares, the site represents the largest building land reserve for the municipality of Pratteln for the development of a residential and commercial area as part of a future “Salina Raurica” district plan. The land belongs to various landowners
The project proposes a park as a networking and qualification element that links the new district with its surroundings and creates new points of orientation.
